Beautiful One-of-a-Kind Necklace handmade with Real Sea Shells and Cotton Cord. Handnotted with tie back to adjust the length. All Sea Shells are hand drilled.

All my Sea Shells are all natural as they washed ashore. Never painted or lacquer sprayed!
Sea Shells are unique and fragile. They differ in size, shape and colour.
Scallop Shell:
Back in the times of the Greeks and Romans, the scallop shell was a symbol of the Goddess Aphrodite, Venus to the Romans.
The Puka Shell:
It is said that the shells were thought to provide protection to sailors. Finding a Puka shell is also seen as good luck, with the more symmetrical the shell, the better your luck would be.
Puka is the Hawaiian word for “hole” and refers to the naturally occurring hole in the middle of these rounded and worn shell fragments.
Shells Spiritual Meaning:
There are many many stories and beliefs around Shells.
Some are believed to be the symbol of birth, good fortune and wealth.
